Tour schedule:
Day 1
Hotel pick up around 7:30am by our experienced English speaking tour guide. Then you will be sent to Beijing Railway Station to board train which heading towards Shanhaiguan Pass or Qinhuangdao. Upon arrival at the destination, our local tour guide will fetch you for lunch before begin your tour to Old Dragon’s Head (Laolongtou) and Shanhaiguan pass. After that, the tour will continue with 1.5 hours drive to Xiaoheikou, a small village with around 30 households only dated back to Ming Dynasty. You may grab the opportunity to take a quick glance of the surrounding environment before starting your great wall hike on the east section of Xiaoheikou Great Wall around 15:00. This is where you may appreciate picturesque sunset on the great wall. Dinner will be taken place at Mr. Liu’s house at 19:00 and you will sleep on Fire-kang, a special bed made by bricks with a hollowed fire flue beneath.

Day 2
You will need to wake up early today between 4-5am in order to catch sunrise at great wall guided by Mr. Liu. After that, return to Mr. Liu’s house for breakfast. On 8:30, great wall hike towards the western part of Xiaoheikou Great Wall which takes about 4-5 hours will take place. Picnic lunch on the great wall will be arranged. If you are physically fit and of course the time of sufficient as well, a short tour to Liaodong Great Wall can be arranged as well. Stay overnight at Mr. Liu’s House also.

Day 3
Enjoying breakfast and start your way back journey at 7:30 via a 1.5 hours drive to Shanhaiguan Train Station where you take a train heading back to Beijing. Our driver will met you at Beijing Railway Station in order to send you back to your hotel.
