I love camping and this was the first time that I slept on the China great wall. We hiked for whole day and arrive at the overnight great wall section. We chose a watch tower that we preferred to setup our camps. The sunrise on the great wall was amazingly wonderful. For photographer especially should not miss out the opportunity to catch such picturesque images of the sunrise.

I have been surfing through many websites to find some unique great wall hiking route in Beijing. Finally I found the most unique and authentic Xiaoheikou Great Wall tour here. I never found this type of route in any other tour operator in Beijing. The tour was very fantastic. It was really a tiring journey hiking the whole day along wild great wall. I never imagine the steps of bricks could be so challenging. Anyway, by the time I reached the highest peak of the great wall, I realized that all the exhausting and tiring efforts were worth for it. I love China great wall.

Besides hiking through the ancient wild great wall, I also took the opportunity to travel around the most genuine ancient village which situated adjacent to the great wall.
